If your issue remains unresolved within 14 days, or you haven’t received a response, you can escalate it further:

- Write a Letter: Follow the same address as above, addressing it to the Grievance Officer.
Indmoney team will reach out within 7 days to acknowledge your escalation and work towards a resolution.
Level 3: Seeking External Support (if needed)

Step 1: Indmoney Customer Care Email
Got a question or issue with your US Stocks account? Start by sending an email to escalationusstocks@indmoney.com. The company resolve it within 7 business days.
Step 2: Contact the Grievance Officer (if needed)
If your issue remains unresolved after 7 days or you’re unsatisfied with our initial response, reach out to company’s Grievance Officer at grievanceusstocks@indmoney.com. Please wait 7 business days after your initial email before escalating.
Note: If your issue requires more time, the company will inform you and provide expected resolution timelines.
