Level 2: Escalate if Needed

If your issue remains unresolved within 14 days, or you haven’t received a response, you can escalate it further:

  • Write a Letter: Follow the same address as above, addressing it to the Grievance Officer.

Indmoney team will reach out within 7 days to acknowledge your escalation and work towards a resolution.

Level 3: Seeking External Support (if needed)

If your complaint remains unresolved after 7 business days at Level 2, you have the right to seek further assistance:

Step 2: Contact the Grievance Officer (if needed)

If your issue remains unresolved after 7 days or you’re unsatisfied with our initial response, reach out to company’s Grievance Officer at grievanceusstocks@indmoney.com. Please wait 7 business days after your initial email before escalating.

Note: If your issue requires more time, the company will inform you and provide expected resolution timelines.
